Apave is looking for a Line Maintenance Assistant and Operations Advisor M/F for an airline (with around a hundred aircraft).
What will your day-to-day work involve?
After your induction, you'll be asked to carry out a number of tasks:
Line maintenance assistant and operations advisors: contribution to the definition of future organizational structures and associated processes, offering recommendations, and aiding in the implementation of line maintenance functions. Additionally, the role involves providing technical guidance and coaching on the setup and
processes of line maintenance operation, based on industry best practices. This covers, but is not limited to, line maintenance organization, production planning, prioritization of maintenance activities, assignment of resources, defect monitoring, rectification planning, and more. Moreover, the role requires supporting the evaluation of competencies and skills requirements, training plans, as well man-hours estimation including the definition of potential rosters for operations both at main stations and outstations. Oversight of the processes definition and communication with relevant departments and groups are also part of the responsibilities, along with providing advisory support during the initial phases of line maintenance activity at Jeddah station.
