Après votre parcours d'accueil et intégration, vous serez amené à réaliser plusieurs missions : 👉 Développement Commercial : - Développer et garantir la qualité des prestations : inspection, formation, assistance technique - Faire évoluer notre offre en lien avec les besoins du marché et les exigences réglementaires - Faire évoluer les prestations existantes, développer et lancer de nouvelles prestations : En proposant les investissements afférents; En dirigeant l'évolution des méthodes, et en s'assurant qu'elles sont mises en œuvre; En apportant le soutien nécessaire aux actions commerciales - Contribuer au traitement des réclamations des clients - Proposer les formations dans le cadre du plan de Formation Professionnelle Interne - Participer activement à notre stratégie de croissance, notamment en Flandre 👉 Management d'équipe : - Piloter, animer et faire grandir une équipe d’inspecteurs techniques (10 personnes) - Diriger, organiser, animer les unités placées sous sa responsabilité - Assurer la cohésion et la complémentarité entre les différents métiers et les différentes techniques mis en œuvre par Apave Belgium - Soutenir l’ensemble des intervenants et participer à l’organisation et le niveau technique de leur travail 👉 Technique : - Rester opérationnel sur le terrain : vous êtes acteur de la technique, pas uniquement manager - Réaliser des missions de production - Être l’ambassadeur technique d’Apave Belgium auprès de nos clients et partenaires - Intégrer et veiller au respect de l’application des règles de sécurité, de santé et d’environnement - Porter les agréments et certifications, en lien avec les autorités belges et le Groupe - Déterminer et imposer les prescriptions relatives aux prestations au travers de l'approbation des méthodologies - Organiser la supervision de la qualité en relation avec le responsable qualité de l’entreprise
