Directly under the Managing Director, the incumbent is responsible to ensure and lead the accounting / Financial and administrative process of ISQ APAVE ANGOLA

GENERAL ACCOUNTING
- Ensuring proper maintenance of accounting;
- Manage daily flows and ensure the recording of accounting documents;
- Manage cash flow (cash management and forecasting, Internal loans...);
- Grant Analytical accounts integrity;
- Supervise the management of cashiers and related controls;
Ensuring relations with the Banks and ensuring the correct application of the negotiated banking conditions;
- Monitor the cycle of bank guarantees
- Ensure the company's Tax is in compliance with the legislation in force;
- Monitoring tax audits (internal/external);
- Ensure the monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts in accordance with the company's provisions; by law and by the shareholders, it is guaranteed that the closure of accounts takes place within the established deadlines;
- Supervising and validating salary processes are in compliance with current legislation;
- Ensure the application of internal control procedures related to accounting.

COST ACCOUNTING
- Participate in the preparation of the Planning and general budget;
- Monitor and control the evolution of the budget approved by the shareholders; perform analysis of deviations and definition of corrective / preventive actions together with management control;
- In conjunction with the Cost Control, verify the profitability of the projects, the budget of general expenses and the Company's net margin.

PAYMENTS/CREDITS
- Ensure compliance with salary payment deadlines; to shareholders and suppliers;
- Monitor the status of credits to the Company
- Lead the collection process

ADMINISTRATION / LEGAL
In close liaison with the Legal Department
- Contribute to the preparation of general meetings and Boards of Directors;
- Carry out all legal formalities/legal entity declarations;
- Ensure monitoring of legislative changes and analyze their impact on business;
- Solve day-to-day administrative issues of the company;
- Manage insurance contracts.

Profil souhaité

Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
Master's in Financial Management

8 to 10 years in Accounting/Financial Management/Economics (mandatory)
Experience in a multinational company (desirable)

- Domain of accounting and financial rules
- Knowledge of corporate law; tax (VAT, IRT...), business law (public contracts, subcontracting); labour legislation (wage processing)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in French (desirable)
