Apave is looking for a AOG Desk Advisor M/F for an airline (with around a hundred aircraft).
What will your day-to-day work involve?
After your induction, you'll be asked to carry out a number of tasks:
Position : Multiples positions
Position 1 :
AOG Desk advisors: the main objective will be to provide guidance in material sourcing and chasing strategies in coordination with the AOG desk to speed up aircraft return to service, defect prioritization and material request management with MCC and AOG desk, and support the exploration of potential alternate sourcing opportunities to secure operations in outstations (e.g. FHS, pool partnerships with alliance airlines, brokers, marketplaces, etc.)

Position 2 :
Material management assistant and operations advisors: contribution to the definition of future organizational structures and associated processes, offering recommendations, and aiding in the implementation of material management functions. Additionally, the role involves providing technical guidance and coaching on the setup
and processes of material management, based on industry best practices. This covers, but is not limited to, supply chain strategy, procurement, material requirement analysis, forecasting, planning, inventory management, logistics, AOG orders, and more. Moreover, the role requires supporting the definition of sourcing strategies, man-hours estimation, skills requirements, training plans, as well as materials and tools provisioning for operations both at main stations and outstations. Oversight of the processes definition and communication with relevant departments and groups are also part of the responsibilities, along with providing advisory support during the initial phases of material management operations.
